Rising Fighter (the "Service") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea (PIPA) and other applicable laws, and processes your personal information as described below.
Notice of Revision
[Notice] Clearer retention rules for photo character images (effective 2026-10-19)
· Character images created from your photos are kept in your account until you delete your account or request their deletion, up to your 8 most recent images per account (older images beyond this limit may be deleted automatically).
· You can delete these images one at a time or all at once, and withdraw your consent, at any time under Settings → Account → "Manage my photo fighters."
· OpenAI, which processes image generation, retains uploaded photos for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and then deletes them (they are not used for AI training). This corrects the previous notice that photos are "destroyed without delay" to reflect the facts.
· If you have already created a photo character, you will be asked for your consent once more, under the new notice, the next time you create one. The character images you are using now will stay as they are.

In guest mode, the Service does not collect members' personal information (your data is stored on your device). Information that must be retained under applicable laws (for example, payment records relating to e-commerce) is retained for the period set by those laws.

If you do not use the photo character creation feature, no overseas transfer takes place.
3. Children Under 14
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account for the Service. If a child under 14 is found to have created an account, that account and the related personal information will be destroyed without delay.
4. Your Rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information. You can make a request through the account settings in the app (including account deletion) or by email to the contact address, and requests will be handled without delay. Third parties, such as a person shown in a photo, may request deletion of the related images through in-app reporting ("My Reports") or by email to the contact address. You can delete photo character images yourself, one at a time or all at once, and withdraw your photo-related consents under Settings → Account → "Manage my photo fighters" in the app.
5. Destruction Procedures and Methods
When the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, personal information held in electronic form is deleted without delay, using a method that makes it unrecoverable. Original photos used for photo character creation are not stored on the Service's servers and are destroyed immediately after generation is processed. Generated character images are deleted immediately when you request their deletion or withdraw your consent, and along with the processing of your account deletion when you delete your account; older images beyond the per-account storage limit (your 8 most recent images) may be deleted automatically.
6. Security Measures
The Service implements the security measures required by applicable laws, including one-way encryption of stored passwords, encryption in transit (HTTPS), minimizing access privileges, and retaining access logs.

8. Notice of Changes
